Order handling
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Available shipping methods and their prices appear during checkout.
Tracking
Tracking details are attached to the order after the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery estimates are estimates and can change due to carrier conditions.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable US address. Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs correction.
